Proficiency in Payroll Software and Microsoft Excel
Having work experience in payroll section in renowned Group of company will be an advantage
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, guaranteeing the precise and punctual disbursement of all employee compensation in compliance with established schedules and regulatory standards
Meticulously maintain comprehensive payroll records, ensuring the precise tracking and documentation of employee time and attendance, leave balances, bonus allocations, statutory deductions, and expense reimbursements
Oversee the timely confirmation of employees after their probation period, including system updates and official notification
Managed the end-to-end offboarding payroll process, including final settlement calculation, tax compliance, and timely disbursement
Assist in accurate compute and process employee income tax deductions
Generate various payroll reports, summaries, and analyses efficiently using Microsoft Office
Support audit by preparing detailed payroll documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and implementing corrective actions for findings
