∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good in MS Office package specially in MS Excel;Experience of working on Payroll Software;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining employees personal data;
∎ Managing employees' data related to payroll;
∎ Preparing monthly salary sheets;
∎ Managing any changes or revisions of the payroll data;
∎ Managing OT, shift allowance, night allowance, etc. in the payroll;
∎ Preparing and maintaining final settlement of the employees;
∎ Preparing monthly reports, i.e. migration, new recruitment, comparative OT;
∎ Strong knowledge of Payroll system & Software;
∎ Familiarity of Labor Laws & Regulation.
∎ Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy & compliance.
∎ Experienced in risk management related to payment and fraud prevention.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management;
