Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Based at our Head office at Tejgaon, this role serves as an HR generalist, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement functions.Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new hires, driving onboarding programs and ensuring document compliance. Learning and Development: Coordinate employee development initiatives and training sessions. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement and well-being activities, fostering a positive work environment. Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives, making the company an employer of choice. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and timely reporting. HR Operations: Manage a range of HR functions including contract renewals, document filing, HR store management and collaboration with internal and external partners. Job Description & Organogram Management: Regularly update employee job descriptions and the organizational chart to accurately represent roles and reporting relationships.
