Job Context:
∎ Co-ordinate with internal departments (IT, Finance, Underwriting and Customer Service)
∎ Communicate with partner’s concern POC to ensure smooth project operations
∎ Generate sales and revenue reports
∎ Work as an backend support for the business team
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist concern team by giving information to response potential clients' queries from the dashboard, social media, and call center regarding purchase and after-purchase services, along with payment issues and policy services.
∎ Performing policy dispatch management and channel management.
∎ Assist in the management of Digital Channel and ADC claims.
∎ Regular reporting to inter-departmental queries
∎ Assist line manager to generate monthly sales and revenue reports
∎ Any tasks assigned by the line manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent understanding of digital concepts
∎ Expert in MS Office Application
