Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/CS/ECE/EEE/ETE/IT from any UGC-approved local University or reputed foreign university with a satisfactory academic record

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, IT Enabled Service

• 4+ years of experience in omni-channel systems with strong knowledge of cards and ADC ecosystem

• Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture across internet banking, mobile apps, and call center solutions

• Experience in API integration and API security best practices

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database querying

• System monitoring to ensure smooth operation of Mobile App/Internet Banking services

• Bug fixing & UAT Mobile App/Internet Banking application

• Coordinate with Card ADC Business for Mobile App/Internet Banking development

• Working on projects and tasks as assigned by line manager

• Troubleshoot and resolve problem of Mobile App/Internet Banking

• Documentation & reporting as assigned by line manager

• Integration Password Change: Mobile App/Internet Banking App-DB Password

• Vendor Communication for Mobile App/Internet Banking/Call Center

• IVR (Interactive voice response) technical support

• Report for BB: Generate and provide the Report quarterly

• Mobile App/Internet Banking live user support
