Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management & Growth: Manage assigned Priority customer portfolio, driving growth in deposits, investments, and lending products.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, providing personalized advisory and service.
3. Liability & Asset Mobilization: Drive CASA, term deposits, and retail asset products (loans) to maximize portfolio value.
4. Wealth & Cross-Sell Management: Promote investment products, bancassurance, cards, and other retail offerings to increase wallet share and fee income.
5. Customer Acquisition: Acquire new Priority customers through referrals, networking, and targeted prospecting.
6. Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery, quick turnaround time (TAT), and effective resolution of customer queries.
7. Credit & Compliance Adherence: Ensure proper documentation, KYC/AML compliance, and alignment with Bangladesh Bank and internal policies.
8. Portfolio Quality Management: Monitor customer accounts, ensure timely repayments (where applicable), and maintain portfolio quality.
