MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline
Need minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of banking experience
Computer Knowledge is a must.
Good communication skill.
Not exceeding 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from activation and retention to reducing product attrition.
Drive revenue by growing spending, increasing portfolio value, and managing credit lines.
Design, execute, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Utilize analytics tools to track portfolio health, providing regular reports on KPIs to management.
Partner with IT, Marketing, and Risk teams to implement features while adhering to regulatory standards
