• 1 year’s experience in loan collection, call center, or financial services (freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.Basic knowledge of mobile loans / EMI-based products.
• Willingness to work under targets and pressure.
• Knowledge of ethical and compliant collection practices.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collection Assistant to join our Collection Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all credit requirements are met, documents are up-to-date, and submissions comply with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on due and overdue payments

• Communicate repayment details clearly to customers.

• Update payment status and customer interactions in the system.

• Explain repayment details and resolve basic customer queries.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and compliant collection practices.

• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance KPIs.

• Prepare and submit daily collection and status reports.

• Coordinate with team leaders and support teams as needed.
