MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline
Need minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of banking experience
Computer Knowledge is a must.
Good communication skill.
Not exceeding 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely and accurately settlement of transactional fund routed via NRBB, NPSB and VISA Network
Ensure timely review and necessary adjustment/funding of nostro account maintained with other bank for card transaction purpose like VISA/NPSB etc.
Ensure timely reconciliation of all card transactions including both issuing and acquiring routed via NRBB, NPSB and VISA Network
Ensure timely adjustment of unsettled transactions identified through reconciliation
Ensure properly record maintaining of transactional dispute received from different sources
Ensure timely claiming of disputed transactional funds from other back through charge-back, re-presentment, arbitration, case filling, fee collection etc.
Ensure timely resolution of cardholder transactional disputes as per policy and SLA
