Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Position Details
Position Title: Assistant Director – Technical Standards & Research
Reporting to: Department Head of Technical Standards & Research
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Director – Technical Standards & Research will be responsible for:
Conduct research on IFRS, IAS, ISA, IPSAS, and ethical standards and prepare technical papers, briefs, and issue analyses.
Assist in resolving members’ queries on technical issues.
Assist in arranging and development of training budgets, materials, presentations.
Assist in organizing technical committee meetings and consultations (Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions).
Assist in preparation and submission of necessary reports/recommendations to government bodies.
Identify emerging areas (e.g., ESG reporting, sustainability, digital audit) for CPD programs and assist in organizing CPD programs.
Any other technical tasks assigned by the Department Head.
