The Senior Officer (Network & Hardware Support Engineer) will support and maintain its IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user services.

Position Details

Position Title: Senior Officer (Network & Hardware Support Engineer) reporting to the Additional Director of Digital & Technology Department.

Employment Type: Permanent Position.

Key Responsibilities

• The Senior Officer (Network & Hardware Support Engineer) will be responsible for:

• Provide technical support to end users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, wireless devices, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

• Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network cabling.

• Configure and troubleshoot and basic understanding of office 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

• Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, documentation, and lifecycle records.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, NVR/DVR devices, storage, and related cabling.

• Implement and maintain basic IT security controls, antivirus, switch, router firewall, and access control systems.

• Collaborate with team members IT-related projects and activities. on operational
