MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline
Need minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of banking experience
Computer Knowledge is a must
Good communication skill.
Not exceeding 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and review credit card application files along with attached required documents and availability of mandatory information
Sent back and follow-up with CMR for discrepant Credit Card Application file received from CRM
Ensure Credit card customer sanction checking and reporting in AML sanction checking module
Credit Card Application Data capture and issue card in CMS
Update CRM approved credit Limit in CMS
First Card Cheque book issuance in CMS and share data to cheque book printing vendor
Create Credit Card customer CIF in CBS
Execute Card static data change request in system
Sent duplicate statement as per cardholder request
Execute limit conversion request
Update Card endorsement in CMS
Ensure Card Closure in CMS
Re-issue card and PIN as per cardholder request
Execute insurance enrollment/de-enrollment request in CMS
Ensure timely issuance or auto renewal of expired cards
