We are looking for an experienced, and professional to join our team and support our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take notes the daily work schedule, meetings, travel plans, and follow up on tasks

  • Handle emails, calls, documents, and confidential information

  • Prepare reports, and professional correspondence

  • Maintaining records, including papers, minutes and other documentation.

  • Coordinate with local & international clients

  • Assist with personal and business-related works

  • Maintain a proper filing and documentation system

  • Ensure timely communication with Management and Board of Directors.

  • Maintain accounts related works.
