Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the group insurance strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and identifying new insurable risks.
Drive corporate sales, identify new opportunities, and manage key client accounts.
Lead, mentor, and manage the insurance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Analyze and mitigate potential risks, promoting loss prevention and integrating insurance into overall business operations.
Direct the claims process, ensuring efficient, fair handling, and monitoring claims effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Corporate Client & reinsurers.
Ensure all insurance activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
