Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering Graduate from any recognized university Or Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Diploma in Software Engineering / ICT / ICE.
∎ The candidate should be a member/associate member form any recognize/registered Computer Society.

Job Context:
∎ The person who fulfills the criteria as mentioned for the post may apply with full confidence:
∎ The MIS Head will report & work in close consultation with the concerned Chief Consultant, CEO and Adviser of the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the successful implementation of the IT related recommendations made by the management as defined in the long-term management plan of the Company.
∎ To work with the management of the Company to introduce best practices in the field of information technology systems and networking.
∎ To design and communicate an IT strategy and policy for the Company; create appropriate policies and practices and disaster planning; develop Insurance-wide MIS policy.
∎ To implement the development of the IT infrastructure and hardware providing visionary leadership and sound management for the effective integration of information systems, resources and services in support of the Life Insurance Business.
∎ To provide leadership and direction to help effective, efficient and prudent HR development and training including the design of IT training programs collaborating in the planning and coordinating of information and communications technology services within the Company.
∎ To take leadership in implementing new core IT platform, managing existing systems and initiating changes that might be needed to conform to regulatory reporting requirements.
∎ To play key role in supporting the achievement of the business goals and to optimize the policies and procedures relating to IT operations: to diagnose potential area of IT risk/exposure.
∎ To ensure effective data management and service and ensure all IT services/ systems.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities as and when assigned by statutory compliance of the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age not over 45 years. (It will be relaxed in case of extraordinary candidate).
∎ The candidate must have at least 12 years' experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) including 10 years' experience in a reputed Insurance/Financial Institution.
∎ Must have Knowledge Oracle developments environment and Oracle based ERP solution.
∎ He must have experience in Insurance/Banking IT related Policy and planning, Wide Network and Application, Cyber security technology etc.
∎ He should be proficient in translating Life Insurance business into technological solutions.
∎ Substantial Exposure to data processing, Hardware platforms, enterprise software applications.
∎ Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through Day to day management.
