Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Profitability: Drive branch targets for deposits, loans (Retail & SME), and fee income while ensuring sustainable profitability.
2. Liability & Asset Mobilization: Grow CASA and term deposits alongside Retail/SME asset portfolio with balanced risk-return management.
3. Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders to generate business.
4. Customer Service & Experience: Ensure superior service delivery, quick resolution of customer issues, and high customer satisfaction standards.
5. Credit & Portfolio Quality: Maintain asset quality by ensuring proper credit assessment, monitoring portfolio performance, and controlling delinquencies.
6. Operations & Control: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to operational guidelines.
7. Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/KYC policies, and internal audit requirements.
8. Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff; set KPIs and monitor performance across sales and operations.
9. Business Development & Local Market Intelligence: Identify local market opportunities, competitor activities, and drive targeted business initiatives.
10. Risk & Security Management: Ensure physical security, cash management, and risk mitigation across branch and ATM operations.
