MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline
Need minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of banking experience
Computer Knowledge is a must.
Good communication skill.
Not exceeding 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure reconciliation and adjustment of daily credit card payment received from different sources
Ensure reconciliation and adjustment of daily card cheque transactions
Ensure rewards points redemption service as per customer request
Ensure time realization of credit card auto debit payments
Ensure daily balancing posting of credit card outstanding with CBS and CMS
Ensure proper adjustment of card related fees and charges (realize or reversal) as per bank policy
Ensure card related income and expenses are booked properly
Review cards statement of affairs and prepare card income and expense related MIS
Execute cash back fund adjustment request as per card business request
Ensure write-off card fund adjustment as per collection team request
Ensure timely execution of card EMI request in CMS
Ensure timely execution of card EMI early settlement request in CMS
Ensure 0% EMI commission income booking
