Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/CS/ECE/EEE/ETE/IT from any UGC-approved local University or reputed foreign university with a satisfactory academic record

Skills Required: CARDS (Credit/ Debit)
Additional Requirements:
4+ years of experience in omni-channel environments with strong knowledge of card ecosystem
Hands-on expertise in card systems, especially credit card platforms
Experience in API integration and API security practices
Proficiency in PL/SQL with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
First level Credit Card Management System support on user queries
Assist on maintaining compliance related on internal and external stakeholders
Work with CMS vendor on resolving technical issues like bug fix, patches, release etc.
Monitor CMS system to ensure smooth operation of services
Provide MIS report based on business requirements
Provide support on batch run abort issue and communicate with CMS vendor for the same if required
Install and configuration of ATM & POS terminal (Switch end), log maintenance and monitor Switch system
Working on projects and tasks as assigned by line manager
Knowledge on ISO8583, NDC+
Knowledge on Payment Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS)
