MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline
Need minimum 4 & maximum 8 years of banking experience
Computer Knowledge is a must.
Good communication skill.
Not exceeding 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the overarching reward strategy (points-to-cash conversion, tiered rewards, multipliers) to boost customer loyalty.
Analyze reward redemption trends, transaction data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and increase profitability.
Manage external relationships with vendors, merchants, and technology providers to ensure smooth reward fulfillment and program execution.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reward system, including managing reward compliance and launching new initiatives.
Ensure all rewards programs comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Drive the communication of reward programs to stakeholders and customers, enhancing the value proposition.
