Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Portfolio Management: Drive acquisition and growth of Priority Banking customers, ensuring achievement of deposit, investment, and lending targets.
2. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality relationship management through dedicated RMs, delivering personalized service and superior customer experience.
3. Liability & Asset Mobilization: Grow CASA, term deposits, and retail asset portfolio (secured/unsecured loans) within the Priority segment.
4. Wealth & Cross-Sell Management: Promote investment products, bancassurance, cards, and other retail offerings to maximize customer wallet share and fee income.
5. Sales & Team Management: Lead and manage Relationship Managers, set targets, monitor performance, and drive productivity across the center.
6. Customer Acquisition & Engagement: Drive targeted acquisition through referrals, networking, and partnerships; lead engagement initiatives and exclusive events.
7. Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure smooth functioning of the Priority Center with efficient onboarding, transaction handling, and service delivery.
8. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/KYC policies, and internal controls with strong audit readiness.
9. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management: Monitor portfolio health, ensure proper due diligence, and maintain asset quality.
10. MIS & Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance, customer metrics, and center productivity for continuous improvement.
