  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital payments, campaign management, or communication within banking/fintech/MFS/telecom industry.

  • Experience in data-driven campaign design across app, web, and digital channels (push, SMS, email, social).Strong communication skills for customer-friendly and compliant financial messaging.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.

  • Familiarity with campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking communication.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, cards, partners).

  • Experience in product launches and go-to-market communication planning.

  • Basic UX writing and in-app communication understanding.

  • Strong execution ability with attention to timelines and quality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead formulation and execution of MTB Neo services strategy, including use of historical data and forecasting models to achieve overall digital business goals.

  2. Assess business feasibility of new products and features.

  3. Prepare business requirements for new MTB Neo features.

  4. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for newly developed and existing features.

  5. Manage internal and external stakeholders to enhance MTB Neo business growth and customer experience.

  6. Execute seasonal, occasional, and ad-hoc campaigns to acquire new users and engage existing users.

  7. Lead and develop partnerships with Telco, ICT, MFS, and other technology companies.

  8. Conduct market research on contemporary banks and industry activities.

  9. Explore initiatives to enhance customer engagement and increase usage of digital banking services.

  10. Support market communication and research for digital banking product campaigns and promotions.

  11. Communicate and collaborate with media partners for digital banking promotional activities.
