Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree from a UGC approved university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any related field. Master’s degree (MBA/M. Com) will be preferred.

  • Experience 8 years+ experience in procurement with expertise in RFQ/RFP, tender evaluation, vendor Management, negotiation, and compliance within a structured banking environment.

  • Strong analytical, presentation & communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

  • Experience in using ERP / e-Procurement Software will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with procurement rules, policies, and best practices

We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position Manager/ Senior Manager, General Procurement Unit, Procurement Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in line with Bank's Policy & Regulatory Guidelines.

  • Prepare and float Tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and evaluate bids accordingly.

  • Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality assurance.

  • Prepare comparative statements (technical and financial evaluation reports) and obtain necessary approval.

  • Ensure sound knowledge of procurement rules, policies, and best practices are applied in all transactions.

  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
