Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a UGC approved university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any related field. Master’s degree (MBA/M. Com) will be preferred.
Experience 8 years+ experience in procurement with expertise in RFQ/RFP, tender evaluation, vendor Management, negotiation, and compliance within a structured banking environment.
Functional/Technical Skills
Strong analytical, presentation & communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Experience in using ERP / e-Procurement Software will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with procurement rules, policies, and best practices

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in line with Bank's Policy & Regulatory Guidelines.
Prepare and float Tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and evaluate bids accordingly.
Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality assurance.
Prepare comparative statements (technical and financial evaluation reports) and obtain necessary approval.
Ensure sound knowledge of procurement rules, policies, and best practices are applied in all transactions.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
