Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a female with background in microcredit. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting factories and EPZs, conducting worker onboarding sessions, verifying employment data, and maintaining relationships with factory HR and local merchants. You will also represent Credi Pay in meetings with bank partners and employer representatives. Frequent travel (3–4 days a week) to industrial areas like Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Chittagong is required. You should be comfortable working independently, have strong communication skills in English, and understand how microcredit works on the ground. Prior experience with an NGO, microfinance institution, or field-based financial inclusion role is preferred. Salary range: ৳15,000 – 20,000 per month, plus travel allowance.
