• Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or regulatory reporting, preferably in the bank or financial institution

• Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar

• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and experience working with databases (Oracle/SQL Server)Good understanding of core banking operations and regulatory/reporting areas (CL, CIB, RIT, RBS)Experience working with CBS platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Flora

• Bank, or similar) is an advantage

• Familiarity with data extraction and system integration (APIs)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or .NET

• Develop and maintain centralized reporting systems, dashboards, and MIS reports.

• Manage regulatory reporting frameworks (RIT, RBS) and ensure timely submission to authorities.

• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management and regulators.

• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with reporting standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

• Automate reporting processes using reporting tools and scripting.

• Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting structures accordingly.

• Generate insights and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.

• Maintain documentation of reporting processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
