Should be able to speak fluent English and Bangla.

Should have a good knowledge of PBL retail products.

Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve set targets in terms of building assets and Liabilities and attrition management
Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure increase of customer base, maintain sustainable portfolio growth and meet the priority business targets.
Build and Leverage client relationship to grow branch share of client’s wallet and maximize revenue
Ensure that local regulatory functions are in place and monitored properly.
Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
Provide high quality service to Priority Banking Customers and ensure one stop service.
Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently
Coordinate and assist regulatory and other audits.
Meet transaction processing standards and ensure good cash management.
