Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business / Finance / IT or related field from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital payments, campaign, or communication within banking/fintech/MFS/telecom industry.
Experience in data-driven campaign design across app, web, and digital channels (push, SMS, email, social).
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Ability to analyze customer behavior and generate insights to improve engagement and growth.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking communication.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, development, cards, partners).
Exposure to product launches and data-backed go-to-market planning.
Basic understanding of UX writing and in-app communication.
Strong execution skills with focus on timelines, quality, and measurable outcomes.
Lead MTB Neo strategy through data-driven insights, leveraging historical data and forecasting models to drive digital growth.
Analyze user behavior, transaction trends, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Assess business feasibility of new products and features using data, market insights, and performance projections.
Define data-backed business requirements for new features and enhancements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor portfolio performance and support decision-making.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize seasonal, contextual, and ad-hoc campaigns using data insights.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
Explore and implement data-led initiatives to improve customer engagement and increase digital adoption.
Collaborate with product, tech, and UAT teams to ensure data validation and performance tracking of new features.
Manage stakeholders using performance insights to align on growth and customer experience goals.
Support partnership strategy (Telco, ICT, MFS, etc.) through data analysis, opportunity sizing, and performance tracking.
Drive insight-led market communication and coordinate with media partners for effective campaign execution.
