• Age 25 to 37 years

▪ Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial close cycles.
▪ Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal financial planning and liquidity management.
▪ Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements; coordinate filings and liaise with relevant authorities.
▪ Strengthen internal controls, identify process gaps, and implement scalable accounting systems and workflows.
▪ Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
▪ Support investment and portfolio teams with financial data, analysis, and reporting requirements.
▪ Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies where required, ensuring alignment with reporting standards and internal benchmarks.
▪ Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
▪ Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on financial performance and key insights.
