• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Finance & Banking
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Market Research Firms, Micro-Credit, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Conducting macro, industry, market and company research.

• Analyzing new investment opportunities business models.

• Conducting commercial due-diligence; participating in legal and accounting due-diligence projects.

• Preparing investment memo and other investment-related notes for internal and external stakeholder.

• Participating in investment transaction process; assisting in structuring, communication with legal counsel to prepare transaction docs.

• Periodic monitoring of the investee against value-add plan; actively engaging with the investee companies' in strategic formulation and discussion.

• Preparing financial models for current portfolio and potential investments.

• Conducting and assisting in valuation exercises for current investee companies, new investments for negotiation purposes.

• Preparing presentations and reports on sectors, new investment proposals and investee companies.
