Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Admin cum Receptionist to oversee daily office operations, manage HR functions, and serve as the front-facing representative of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient HR management, and excellent reception duties.
∎ Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance management systems.
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
∎ Monitor attendance and leave management.
∎ Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
∎ Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
∎ Handle correspondence, emails, and reports as required.
∎ Support management with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements for senior partners.
∎ Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
∎ Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized.
∎ Handle appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
