Education:
  • Minimum B.Sc. (4-year Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science / Engineering or related field from a UGC-approved university.

  • No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, including at least 5 years in delivering enterprise or in-house applications.

  • PMP or similar project management certification and working knowledge of project management tools will be considered an advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure feasibility of projects initiated by business and support units, focusing on critical success factors.

  2. Provide consultancy and support for BRS, SRS & DRG scopes, gap analysis, UAT, migration, feasibility testing, system health checks, process tuning, user training, and market analysis.

  3. Manage project scope, risks, quality deliverables, schedules, and financial aspects within assigned budgets.

  4. Prepare project plans, define work breakdown structures (WBS), and assign responsibilities to team members.

  5. Evaluate existing system capabilities, design solution architecture, and ensure delivery through vendors or in-house teams.

  6. Lead and guide various testing processes including sanity, integration, compatibility, regression, performance, stress, negative, security, and black/grey box testing.

  7. Establish and enforce change control processes for managing project scope (Agility).

  8. Prepare and circulate dashboards and executive reports to stakeholders, ensuring visibility on project status and actions.

  9. Manage and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors regarding requirements, deliverables, SLAs, AMC, services, and training.

  10. Drive project execution, ensure milestone completion, and deliver successful outcomes.
