Responsibilities & Context:

• Support end-to-end CBS implementation, including configuration of modules such as deposits, loans, payments, foreign trade, OBU, CRM, Swift, and national payment systems (BACPS, BEFTN, RTGS, NPSB).

• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; assist in data migration, system testing, and go-live activities.

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to users; monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system uptime and reliability.

• Manage incidents, including root cause analysis and timely resolution.

• Support integration of CBS with external systems such as payment systems, Swift, POS, ATMs, mobile financial services, payment gateways, and remittance platforms.

• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption and system compatibility.

• Provide user training and guidance; prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Respond to user queries and ensure timely resolution within defined service levels.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and security standards.

• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness; support internal and external audit processes.
