Education:

• Graduation in any discipline from any UGC approved local or reputed foreign university. MBA/MBM/MBS/M.com/Equivalent post-graduate degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in loans and advances in Head Office / Regional CRM

Functional/Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge about credit, industry and key regulatory policies / circulars.
• Ability to assess, analyze, evaluate, process and recommend Medium Segment credit proposal.
• Should have experience with preparing funded and non-funded credit proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize and analyze loan applicant’s financial data and assess and evaluate the creditworthiness of loan application and process, review and recommend Medium Segment credit proposal.
• Conduct visit to customer / business to assess the operational, financial and other aspects of the business to facilitate a prudent credit decision.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedure and external / regulatory requirements.
• Understanding on Conventional and Islamic Banking products.
