Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute Retail Asset strategy to drive portfolio growth across Personal, Home, and Auto Loans while balancing yield and risk.
2. Product & Customer Experience: Design and enhance loan products, improving customer journey, turnaround time (TAT), and digital lending capabilities.
3. Credit & Risk Alignment: Collaborate with Credit Risk to implement policies, scorecards, and underwriting standards in line with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
4. Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance (NPL, PAR, vintage) using MIS and analytics for proactive risk control.
5. Collections & Recovery: Lead end-to-end collections and recovery to minimize delinquencies, write-offs, and cost of risk.
6. Sales & Distribution: Drive asset sales through branches, DST, digital channels, and strategic partnerships (developers, auto dealers).
7. Leadership & Governance: Lead the Retail Assets team while ensuring strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
