Minimum 03 -07 years’ Banking experience having exposure in Recovery
Incumbent should have the exposure to work recovery/SAMD Division
Dedicated, self-motivated and flexible with result driven
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centricity, result-oriented
Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
Responsibilities & Context:
To follow-up Stressed /Exit/non-performing accounts (as distributed by Head of SAMD) for recovery by way of settlement/ rescheduling/ extension of validity/ waiver with the approval of the competent authority of the Bank.
To visit these borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areas (outside/inside of Dhaka) with regular basis towards regularization/recovery of the accounts.
To prepare Credit Proposal, Office Note in connection with recovery/management of NPL and to make all types of correspondence, specially Rescheduling & Restructuring & written-off Loans.
To communicate to the branch and head office regarding any loan related issues.
To assist the legal department to file and execution of court cases
Should have the ability to meet the target as set by the Management to keep NPL ratio minimum and work under pressure
To assist other co-worker by any means to develop the performance of the division.
Provide timely and relevant departmental reports and management information report.
Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and laws as per their guidelines.
Maintain liaison with regulators, law enforcement authority, law chambers, recovery agents, legal unit etc.
To do the other relevant tasks or new assignment from time to time.
