Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh, considering the capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in achieving business objectives, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring service excellence across all customer segments.
Drive growth in liabilities, assets, and other key business portfolios while maintaining strict adherence to prudent risk management standards.
Supervise, guide, and support Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers in achieving assigned sales and service targets.
Lead and execute sales campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, business presentations, and other business development activities.
Ensure delivery of superior customer service by effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Authorize and monitor non-cash transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
Continuously monitor asset portfolio quality and proactively identify, assess, and escalate potential risk concerns.
Conduct preliminary screening and assessment of Retail and SME loan applications to ensure policy compliance and mitigate fraud and credit risk exposure.
