Strong understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations, payment systems, settlement cycles, and operational risk
Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the Bank’s reconciliation unit, covering cards, digital channels, interbank transactions, treasury, Nostro/Vostro accounts, internal accounts, and suspense/GL reconciliation.
Ensure timely, accurate and complete reconciliation of all financial transactions in compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Establish strong reconciliation controls to minimize operational and financial risk
Investigate unreconciled items and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
Implement reconciliation tools and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines
