Experience:

• At least 3 years

• MBA/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from reputed university

• Professional certification (CEAF and CETS from BIBM) will be an added advantage

• At least 3 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 03 years’ Banking experience having exposure in General Banking/ Account Service

• Have experience in Account Service, Liability Operations and Service Delivery will added advantage

• Dedicated, self-motivated and flexible with result driven

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centricity, result-oriented

• Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate

• Handling the opening, maintenance, and closure of accounts for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed.

• Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers regarding their accounts, transactions, and banking products

• Ensuring that all account activities adhere to legal regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

• Working with IT to ensure that account management systems are functioning correctly and implementing updates or changes as required.

• Collaborating with other banking departments to provide a comprehensive service to customers.

• Staying informed about the bank's products and services in order to effectively communicate and promote them to customers
