Job Grade: Senior Principal Officer (SPO) to First Assistant Vice President (FAVP)
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh, considering the capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as BAMLCO and ensure compliance with AML, CFT, audit, operational risk, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to Bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and timely reporting to Head Office and regulators.
Authorize financial and non-financial transactions with proper verification and supporting documentation.
Manage branch vault operations, cash holding, custodianship, and service-level standards.
Monitor branch GLs, suspense accounts, reconciliations, and income-expense entries.
Oversee clearing, locker operations, security items, and branch deliverables as per approved processes.
Lead and supervise Cash Officers to achieve assigned KPIs and maintain operational excellence.
Ensure high-quality customer service across cash and non-cash service areas.
