Education:

Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for Trade POSM, promotional gift items, digital media, BTL campaigns, creative production, and outsourcing services.
Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
Lead RFQ, RFP, and tender processes in line with procurement policies and governance requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, and contracts to ensure best value for the organization.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers to maintain a competitive and reliable supplier base.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, service quality, delivery timelines, and compliance requirements.
Conduct periodic vendor assessments and develop supplier improvement plans where required.
Manage vendor relationships to support long-term business objectives and drive innovation.
Manage procurement activities for Trade POSM (signage, branding materials, festoons, shop signage, promotional materials), digital media (online advertising, media buying, campaign services), BTL activities (roadshows, activations, events), creative production (design, content, audio-visual production, printing), and outsourcing projects (manpower, operational support, project-based resources).
Ensure sourcing decisions aligning with business requirements, quality standards, and budget objectives.
Prepare and review commercial evaluations, procurement recommendations, and contract documents.
Mitigate commercial and supply risks through effective contract management and vendor governance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing, Digital, HR, Admin, and other functions to understand procurement requirements, and provide advisory support and market insights.
Ensure procurement activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, maintaining proper documentation for governance and audit purposes.
Support procurement process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Prepare sourcing, savings, category performance, and management reports.
Track procurement KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and supplier innovation initiatives.
