Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales: Achieve Auto and Home Loan targets by acquiring new customers through direct sales, referrals, and maintaining a strong pipeline.
2. Dealer & Developer Management: Build and manage relationships with auto dealers, real estate developers, and brokers to generate business through referral channels.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring appropriate solutions, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.
4. Loan Origination & Processing: Source and process loan applications, guide documentation, and coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal for timely approval and disbursement.
5. Credit & Compliance Support: Conduct initial customer assessments, ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and Bangladesh Bank regulations along with proper documentation.
6. Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio performance, ensure timely repayments, follow up on delinquencies, and maintain asset quality.
7. Cross-Sell & Revenue Enhancement: Drive cross-selling of credit cards and liability products to maximize revenue per customer relationship.
8. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities and provide MIS on sales performance, pipeline, and portfolio quality.
