Education: Recently qualified ACAs with three (03) to five (05) years’ experience in audit & assurance department of any reputed CA firm in the age of 30 to 35 years are eligible to apply.
Good interpersonal & IT skills, team-leading capabilities and competency of written communication (English and Bengali) are essential. Ethical standard and integrity would be a mandatory requirement. In case of deserving and appropriate candidates, age and experience may be relaxed.
Experience
03–05 years of professional experience in senior leadership roles in corporate administration, human resource management, institutional management, or related fields
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with background in large local or international institutions, regulatory bodies, corporate organizations, or public sector administration will be preferred.

Position Details
Position Title: Deputy Director – Enforcement (Investigation & Disciplinary Action), report to the Head-Enforcement (Investigation & Disciplinary Action).
Supervises: Technical & Regulatory matters as advised by the Head of the Department.
Employment Type: Permanent Position.
Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Director – Enforcement (Investigation & Disciplinary Action) will be responsible for:
Investigating into issues as identified by competent authorities and as assigned to the Enforcement Department.
Verifying complaints or matters proactively to assess potential misconduct based on credible information sources.
Reviewing and monitoring cases stayed by the Hon’ble High Court and for providing regular updates to the Head of the Department.
Liaison with retainers/legal counsel for obtaining legal opinions and taking steps for vacating writ petitions.
Preparing Investigation and Disciplinary Committee (IDC) Reports and Disciplinary Orders in compliance with relevant procedures.
Supporting the drafting and finalization of rejoinders, corrigendum, news bulletins, and other departmental publications.
Drafting and circulating meeting notices, hearing notices, minutes, and gazette notifications.
Undertaking additional duties as assigned by the authority of ICAB from time to time.
