Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Business Administration or any other relevant subjects from any recognized university.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Under the supervision of Manager, Recruitment, this position will support and conduct day to day Recruitment and Selection of HCMP Sectors and Units. The responsibilities include design, develop, and maintain the recruitment and selection process, documentations, and implementation of best practices.
∎ This position will work closely with Manager, Recruitment and expected to be well conversant in dealing with HR policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive end to end recruitment & selection processes of the assigned sectors/ units based on short- and long-term hiring needs
∎ Coordinate with the hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
∎ Conduct all the recruitment and selection process within the lead time
∎ Facilitate new staff joining process and communicate with relevant sector and unit focal to ensure smooth onboarding
∎ Prepare competency-based questionnaire, conduct aptitude test, interviews, support in assessment center and other tools to bring out the best candidates
∎ Source and attract right/ potential candidates using various online sites and participate different fair to explore employer branding
∎ Develop market/ industry mapping and identify talents to enrich In-house CV bank for critical positions
∎ Analyze and prepare salary proposal for management approval
∎ Conduct salary negotiation and ensure reference/background check of new staff
∎ Ensure all the relevant recruitment documents are preserved in personal file
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on staff recruitment & selection
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
