Responsibilities & Context:
100% Export- Oriented Garments Buying House.
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor sampling approval process and liaise with clients for approval to go ahead.
- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
- Work on product development and the price proposal for the clients.
- Work within world knit’s corporate culture, designated objectives to achieve customer satisfaction and meet the kpis for operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to meet customers’ needs.
- Keep track of the position of the order that is being processed in the factory from development stage up to bank.
- Monitoring key milestones, sampling, production and intervenes between cost constraints, quality standard, required quantity and agreed delivery schedules.
- Performance management.
- Training and development.
- Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
