Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% Export- Oriented Garments Buying House.
∎ Closely monitor sampling approval process and liaise with clients for approval to go ahead.
∎ Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand.
∎ Work on product development and the price proposal for the clients.
∎ Work within world knit’s corporate culture, designated objectives to achieve customer satisfaction and meet the kpis for operational excellence.
∎ Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to meet customers’ needs.
∎ Keep track of the position of the order that is being processed in the factory from development stage up to bank.
∎ Monitoring key milestones, sampling, production and intervenes between cost constraints, quality standard, required quantity and agreed delivery schedules.
∎ Performance management.
∎ Training and development.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
