Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & concisely both in verbal & written.
Proven experience in managing HR functions within retail or F&B multi-branch operations is highly desirable.
Experience working in dynamic and diverse organizational environments.
Responsibilities & Context: Role Overview :
The Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular emphasis on building a high-performance culture through effective leadership, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment, performance management, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting and enhancing a positive workplace culture to boost overall engagement and morale.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and professional growth within the HR team and across the organization.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and retention.
- Implement and manage advanced performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and development.·
- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, such as recruitment needs, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to make data-driven improvements in HR processes.
- Implement and maintain HRIS and leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on HR tech trends and recommend tools for improved processes.
- Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and offering competitive employment packages.
- Develop strategies for high-volume recruitment to support business growth.
- Regularly updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other benefits.
