  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & concisely both in verbal & written.

  • Proven experience in managing HR functions within retail or F&B multi-branch operations is highly desirable.

  • Experience working in dynamic and diverse organizational environments.



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview :

The Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular emphasis on building a high-performance culture through effective leadership, data-driven decision-making, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment, performance management, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Cultural and Employee Engagement: Proactively fostering an inclusive culture, with a focus on employee engagement, ownership, and satisfaction.

Performance Management: Expertise in creating and managing performance evaluation methods and ensuring the team's development aligns with organizational goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze HR data to guide decisions and identify industry trends.

Leadership: Strong background in leading HR teams and driving organizational change and culture, including employee engagement.

Volume Recruitment: Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment, ensuring the right talent is brought on board efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and enhancing a positive workplace culture to boost overall engagement and morale.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and professional growth within the HR team and across the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and retention.
  • Implement and manage advanced performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and development.·      
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, such as recruitment needs, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to make data-driven improvements in HR processes.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS and leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on HR tech trends and recommend tools for improved processes.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and offering competitive employment packages.
  • Develop strategies for high-volume recruitment to support business growth.
  • Regularly updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other benefits.
