∎ Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to established standards and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies.
∎ Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
∎ Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources information systems.
∎ Drives data requirements and developments to inform Dashboard, KPIs, Risk and other HR and wider management tools.
∎ Oversees all Human Resources talent development and training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within these programs.
∎ Oversees the provision of the necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
∎ Leads the implementation of the performance management system including performance improvement plans and employee development and mentoring programs.
∎ Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
∎ Ensures compliance/engagement with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.
∎ Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates BSHL structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout BSHL. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Actively coordinate in performance management, succession planning, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development functions.
∎ Develop and update administrative policies, rules, regulations and implement to the company and business units to be responsible for looking after all administrative functions.
∎ Assist in hospital implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ Discuss with higher authority and management to decide on various important issues when needed.
∎ Ensure eligible candidates through search engine/head hunting /other source as per job requirement for the other department with effective method.
∎ Coordinate interview process.
∎ New employee orientation.
∎ Compiling, sorting and generating periodic HR & Management related reports.
∎ Maintain and Update Employee Personal Files.
∎ Manpower Planning with budget.
∎ Handle Employee Resignation, Exit Interview, Clearance and Final Settlement as required.
∎ Update monthly action list schedule and also HR software for employee's resignation, termination, absenteeism, and other disciplinary records as part of monthly compensation
∎ Coordinate disciplinary matters and legal affairs
∎ Maintain employee's PF management
∎ Performance Appraisal.
∎ Confirmation, Promotion, Increment and associate matters.
∎ Arrange all the event management issues for the office in different occasion such as- Best Employee, Birthday and Farewell Program.
∎ To aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
∎ Review and update all legal documents/certificate/license time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
∎ Provide the management team with the idea, order, and solution to problems arising in day-to-day operational work.
∎ All kinds of tasks and responsibilities are assigned by higher authorities and management from time to time.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment.
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in Hospital HR will be given Preference
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and diversity is highly preferred.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization.
∎ Experience with leadership and people management.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
