Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline.
Advanced training/diploma in hospitality management (BPC preferred). Educational requirements may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Total 9 years job experience in which 3 years’ experience in large industry is required. For deserving candidate, education may be relaxed.
Experience in hospitals or reputed hotels/restaurants, especially international experience, is preferred.
Oversee culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food services for patients, employees, and visitors.
Manage kitchen staff, establish menus, maintain inventory, and ensure food safety.
Create diverse, seasonal cuisines catering to various nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
Collaborate with dietetics and other departments to accommodate special dietary needs.
Ensure meals are prepared, cooked, and presented to high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and food security, minimizing waste and controlling inventory.
Source high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices and manage kitchen equipment.
Stay updated on trends and developments in hospital culinary offerings.
Any Other tasks is assigned by the management.
