We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager in the field of Factory HR Operation.
The incumbent will look after the Factory HR Operation of an Industrial Complex that consists of several factories, like Knitting, Dyeing, Washing, Garments and Sweater.
Job Location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Implementation, control, and ensure of all kinds of HR Policy and Procedure as per Management and Bangladesh Labor Law.
Developing and monitoring to ensure the implementation of implemented policies and procedures, implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counseling, and communication programs, planning, monitoring, placement, evaluation, job description, and reviewing compensation strategies.
Monitoring of daily summary of attendance, absences, leave of workers, Late and maintaining the SOP for these.
Responsibilities to monitor and ensure section-wise manpower requirement is recruited as per the approved manpower budget defined by the top management.
Monitor and ensure employees` information updates in payroll software, biometric, and bank accounts for all new employees.
Follow up and monitor daily HR activities of all workers/staff/management personnel files, ID cards, appointment letters, attendance management, leave management, salary & wages, bonus, over time record, pay slip, job card, tiffin allowance, Increment, promotion, resignation, termination, lefty, service book, hand book, maternity benefit, compensation & others benefits as compliance demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
Preparing/monitoring/checking various types of reports such as daily recruitment, attendance, absenteeism, OT, lefty, resignation, termination, disciplinary action, and new joining report/analysis.
Support the compliance team during the audit and ensure a satisfactory audit result.
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management at the discretion of the HOD.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
