Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment & onboarding of new staff, Interns, and volunteers ensuring that candidates undergo the proper procedure and documentation requirements.
∎ Maintaining and updating employees’ attendance, leave, personal files, and other relevant documents.
∎ Maintain, and update employee database with HRIS software.
∎ Ensure collection & entry of staff information in HRIS & Attendance Machine.
∎ Monitor & update data in the system for any change including staff promotion, transfer, re-designation, separation, etc.
∎ Drafting of different types of HR-related notes & letters (i.e. Employment Offer Letter, Internship Offer Letter, Job Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Job Extension Letter, Resignation Acceptance Letter, and Latter of disciplinary action (Termination/Dismissal/Showcase/Warning Letter, etc.), Experience Certificate, and different types of notes.
∎ Develop and implement the performance management system, including the facilitation of the annual job planning and performance appraisal.
∎ Work with others cell managers and supervisors on managing performance and conflicts.
∎ Ensure the completion of the staff development plan(s.)
∎ Plan, manage, coordinate, and participate in staff development and capacity-building activities including conducting learning sessions as needed and requested.
∎ Manage and administer the compensation and benefits programs of BLAST including payroll management.
∎ Maintain employees’ monthly timesheets.
∎ Verify payroll and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure payroll accuracy.
∎ Facilitate the employee separation process and provide analysis of data and information collected from exit interviews and the separation process of separated staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Human Resources department.
∎ Proven experience in the application of HRIS software.
∎ Experience in working with NGOs/INGO will be preferred.
∎ Strong analytical and writing skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, HRIS database software, Performance Management Systems, Payroll Management, and Training &Development.
∎ Should have a strong understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law and other relevant laws.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
