Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct awareness program on rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines, safety, first aid and compliance related issues
∎ Collect the employee's grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis
∎ Counsel the workers on company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline, absenteeism & turnover, disciplinary issues, safety, health & hygiene.
∎ Maintain corresponding Data Records, Log, and Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the supervisor
∎ Provide guidance on leave, incentives and any other legal benefits as applicable by law
